CPS seeks a Human Performance Director to lead a team of principals and analysts in the construction and maintenance of human performance programs to build an effective and efficient business practice for CPS.

The Human Performance Director will be able to work effectively at all levels including senior management, and manage multiple competing priorities and projects. Management Consultants with CPI/Lean Six Sigma Expertise
Required:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience Continuous Process Improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
OCONUS Locations: Kuwait, Qatar, Iraq, Afghanistan and other military-related locations
CONUS Locations: DC metro area

Clearance: Interim Secret or above

CPS is supporting the Warfighter in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. We employ senior-level process improvement experts that can engage in ongoing operations and add value with improvement opportunities that will facilitate the movement of equipment through multiple air, land, and seaports. Principle areas of focus: Contracting, LOGCAP, Foreign Military Sales, Maintenance Optimization, and Redeployment or Retrograde projects.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred
  • Federal experience highly desirable
  • Highly motivated, ready to perform professionals with practical experience in process analysis
  • PMP certification
  • LSS trainer/instructor experience a plus
  • Experience helpful in contracting, logistics, FMS or maintenance
