The DoD BTA has awarded CPS an
IDIQ contract for the Cross-Agency Support Services, Support Services (CASS-SS) line of business. Our mission is to provide Federal customers with services to protect, enhance, and transform their business through Program Management, Business & Systems Transformation, Human Performance Solutions, and Emergency Solutions with robust practices in each of these areas. Our team has a thorough knowledge of the BTAs environment, mission, objectives and challenges. We are proud to partner with several Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller firms with specialized skills and subject matter experts who can deliver the expertise and competency required to efficiently complete a project. Our partners represent diverse industries including IT systems transformations, strategic planning, business process re-engineering, workforce planning, and ERP services. Navy Seaport-e Partners
Seaport-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas, including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. CPS has been awarded an
IDIQ contract to compete for providing services to various Navy Systems Commands, the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corp, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). We have carefully selected partners with complementary core competencies and past experience working with the Navy.
U.S. Army Lean Six Sigma Training, Coaching, Mentoring and Deployment Advising Project
CPS has teamed with Accenture for the current U.S. Army Lean Six Sigma Training, Coaching, Mentoring and Deployment Advising project to equip Army officials with CPI and LSS concepts and tools to enhance enterprise performance, support institutional adaptation, and improve organizational effectiveness. Our team provides Army training in accordance with the Army Systems Approach to Training for 5 Programs of Instruction (POI).
Accenture is a well-known global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. The CPS/Accenture team has trained and coached over 6,500 Army Master Black Belts, Black Belts and Green Belts and a similar number of executive and project sponsors. It has coached over 2,000 projects from start to finish with significant financial benefit. After two years, the Army has recognized over $2 billion in savings—a return that is 22 times its investment—demonstrating our ability to equip agency officials with the CPI/LSS concepts and tools for successful implementation. Our ability to work successfully with Army officials is shown by the measurable improvements in key Enterprise Transformation Force (ETF) outcomes that were the result of our successful execution facilitation of 18 enterprise projects over the last three years.
Joint Contingency Contracting System PMO Support Project
CPS is the prime contractor for providing services related to the operations, maintenance, and development of the Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS) software, which is the primary centralized Web-based reporting and tracking tool for contract information and reporting in Iraq and Afghanistan. It was rapidly adopted by the in-theater contracting and vendor communities and is an important tool used in reconstruction and promotes stability and reform through economic recovery. JCCS has a centralized solicitation posting Website with English and Arabic capabilities. It captures critical in-theater acquisition and vendor data with emphasis on Host Nation spending and State Owned Enterprises (SOE) initiatives. It is hosted on a Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) secured network infrastructure. CPS is proud to have IBM as its subcontractor for this project. As a global IT powerhouse, IBM dedicates expert resources to refine the software while it is actively deployed, implementing upgrades and system enhancements.

CPS has partnered with SiloSmashers, a Woman & Native-American Owned Small Business and SBA 8(a) company, for IDIQ contracts from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). SiloSmashers develops and applies innovative management, collaboration, and communications methodologies to break through the organizational silos that stand in the way of achieving mission success. Their experienced team manages and performs support tasks that fully align enterprise processes, structure and decision-making with the clients strategic plan and objectives.
