Corporate Advisory Board Member

Mr. Parker retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of service, and brings more than 30 years of experience leading organizations in the defense and homeland security industry.

Currently the Vice Chairman of the TASC Board of Directors, Mr. Parker will advise CPS in key business areas: customer relationships, workforce development, business process re-engineering, enterprise transformation and support services.

Mr. Parker has led nearly 5,000 employees providing mission-focused advanced systems engineering and advisory services across the intelligence community, Department of Defense and civilian agencies of the federal government. His broad portfolio of services includes cyber security; advanced concept and technology development; enterprise engineering and integration; program, financial and acquisition management; system/policy studies and analysis; test and evaluation; and program protection engineering.
