Phil Panzarella

President & Chief Executive Officer

Phil Panzarella is a seasoned executive with more than three decades of leadership and management experience, delivering innovative enterprise-level solutions to federal, state , local, and commercial clients. A graduate of the United States Military Academy, he served an accomplished 10 year career and transitioned into the consulting environment. After years of executive management experience working with IBM, Siemens and others, Mr. Panzarella established CPS Professional Services in 2006, producing performance-based solutions to enhance the organizational effectiveness and efficiency of clients.

Phil Panzarella has a strong sense of commitment to giving back to the community in which he lives, and uses his time to provide leadership and service. Supporting our military veterans and dedicating his time and resources for the sake of adults and children with disabilities, Mr. Panzarella serves Easter Seals-Greater Washington-Baltimore Region as the Chairman of the Board. Through this involvement, he has inspired Easter Seals to focus on military initiatives such as ‘Veterans Count,’ positioned to provide the last mile of support to wounded soldiers and their families upon their return home. He also serves on the boards of other organizations, including the American Freedom Foundation and the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Panzarella spends much time with other CEOs of small businesses, to provide advice and guidance on how to launch or grow their business.
