After Submission
Once your resume is received, it will go through a screening process for review based on our experience requirements by the hiring Program Manager. If there is a fit for the position, Human Resources will contact the candidate directly for an interview.
Interview Process
Our interview process varies among the different business divisions and from position to position. Therefore, the interviews may be conducted as:

After the Interview
All candidates selected for hire will be required to authorize a background investigation and employment will be contingent upon acceptable results of the background and reference check. Our interviewing team will select the best candidate based on qualifications and experience. They will then receive an offer letter from CPS. Any candidate not selected will be notified by the recruiting staff and their resume will be kept on file for future opportunities.
