Once your resume is received, it will go through a screening process for review based on our experience requirements by the hiring Program Manager. If there is a fit for the position, recruiting will contact the candidate directly for an interview.
Our interview process varies among the different business divisions and from position to position. Therefore, the interviews may be conducted via phone, face-to-face or by panel interviews.
After the Interview
Our interviewing team will select the best candidate based on qualifications and experience. The candidate will then receive an offer letter from CPS. All candidates selected for hire will be required to authorize a background investigation and pre-employment drug test. All offers will be contingent upon acceptable results of the background and drug test. Any candidate not selected will be notified by the recruiting staff and their resume will be kept on file for future opportunities.
