Since 2009 our COO, Tom Arnsmeyer has been involved with Operation Smile and continued his support after joining CPS. With his lead, the CPS team has gained interest in this organization with an outstanding cause. Operation Smile is a charitable organization providing surgical services for children around the globe who are born with a cleft. This disability often leaves the children unable to eat, speak, socialize or even smile and in some places, shunned or rejected by the community. Since 1982, Operation Smile has been able to provide more than 2 million patient evaluations and over 200,000 free surgeries for children and young adults with a strong presence in over 60 countries.
