A West Point graduate, Mr. Panzarella plays a major role each year, organizing and actively supporting the annual Leadership and Ethics Conference held by the USMA Class of ’79 and the West Point Society of DC. Phil Panzarella lends his time as Co-Chairman (2008-Present) with significant CPS Team involvement. The conference consists of a one-day review of real-world vignettes to exercise and test the ethics and moral compass of each young adult participant. About 150-200 outstanding high school juniors per year are coached by West Point Cadets and Young AFCEAN volunteers. The conference provides two students with the opportunity to win one of two scholarships.
