Continuous Performance Improvement

CPS develops a training program that maintains a solid focus on the needs, strategy and culture of our client’s organization, using project examples that are pertinent to their industry. Our instructors are certified practitioners, equipped to train all levels and all CPI and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies, including DMAIC (design, measure, analyze, improve and control) and DMADV (define, measure, analyze, design, and verify). CPS coursework is based on the ASQ bodies of knowledge and equips each participant to tackle a project at their current training level. CPS offers a number of programs and classes that can be delivered in various means; workshops, e-learning, blended-learning etc.

Continuous Performance Improvement Services include:

Project Sponsor/Executive Workshops - CPS engages senior management early in the deployment planning cycle, beginning with an Executive Sponsor session. This session promotes an understanding of how CPI and LSS supports the leadership’s objectives, and builds confidence in the power of the methodology.

Project ID and Selection Workshops - Our workshops are designed to identify high-value projects, the cornerstone to a successful deployment. Workshops conclude with a set of defined project opportunities aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.
