Duties of a Program Manager:

Responsible for schedule, budget, and quality of all program components

Leads high-level sessions for program plan and schedule development

Communicates program status to executive sponsors and conducts periodic briefings

Reviews and approves project plans for program strategy, plan, and schedule

Escalates decisions to executive sponsors if needed
