Duties of a Program Manager:

• Responsible for schedule, budget, and quality of all program components
• Leads high-level sessions for program plan and schedule development
• Communicates program status to executive sponsors and conducts periodic briefings
• Reviews and approves project plans for program strategy, plan, and schedule
• Escalates decisions to executive sponsors if needed
