Program Management Office Design & Implementation
CPS supports delivery teams through the Program Support Office (PSO), which is staffed by PMP certified professionals. These PMP professionals utilize PMBOK® methodologies and best practices ensuring high quality service and solutions. The team has successfully handled all the normal project management issues that occur during the life of a large-scale program and has proven that these issues can be mitigated and addressed with minimum disruption to the program. This is accomplished by using a staff dedicated to the client Program Management Office (PMO), to coordinate training, assignment of resources, and reporting of project results and progress toward certification. Our PMO expertise is extensive and we are ready to apply it for new and current clients.
Program Management Office Design & Implementation Services include:
Project Planning - Selected projects should support the organization’s major business and strategic goals. Our Program Managers will develop the work breakdown structure to organize and define the total scope of the project. This includes estimating costs, resource requirements, activities, scope, and schedule – while planning for risk.
Change & Configuration Management - An organizational process designed to enable employees to receive and embrace change in the current business environment. To achieve this, CPS employs trained performance subject matter experts who understand the importance of recognizing stakeholder’s perspective and manage communications at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge Management - Knowledge encompasses strategy, practice, method, approach, and data. CPS recognizes the importance of capturing this data and having the ability to use it accordingly will effectively improve future decisions. We have experience documenting best practices and getting the right information to the right people within the organization.
Quality Compliance - CPS monitors and evaluates various features of an organization’s program to maximize the standard of quality obtained in the process. Understanding the client is important. To collect feedback, CPS conducts quality reviews and administers satisfaction surveys.
